The 2 Minute Salad

(for when you are just so busy, but still want something healthy!)


  • Your Favorite Greens (As much as you'd like)

  • 1/2 cup - Cooked Quinoa

  • Tomatoes (As many as you'd like)

  • 2 Tbsps - Guacamole

Serves: 1-2

*use organic ingredients whenever possible

Step 1

Add greens into bowl and top with the quinoa salad.


Note: For speed, it's easiest to pick up a premade quinoa salad (the one I used is from Whole Foods!). You can also go to any hot foods bar and they will usually have premade quinoa. If you have the time, feel free to make your own! Pick your favorite color :) 

Step 2

Cut up tomatoes (as many as you'd like!) and add to salad. Top with guacamole and enjoy!

Note: you may choose to use avocado alone instead of guacamole OR you can make your own guacamole. Again, for speed, I just buy a premade guacamole from Whole Foods!
