Service Description

This is a group fitness class that combines beneficial exercises from both pilates & yoga. Workouts will focus on flexibility, mobility, stability, toning, core work, and light strengthening. You can be sure to leave feeling recharged, refreshed, and ready to tackle your day! Modifications will be available for all levels. No equipment required! Yoga mats encouraged. Options to add 2-5lb weights if you have them.
